Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our updated return, exchange, and claims policy, which applies to all orders.


1. Return Period & Conditions

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to register a return via our Returns Portal.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be registered through our Returns Portal before you send anything back. Returns that are not registered cannot be processed.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns registered after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.


2. Shipping & Return Costs

We no longer provide prepaid return labels.

  • You are responsible for creating and paying for your own return shipping label.

  • Please use trackable, insured shipping as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but mistakes can happen.

  • Visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier upon receipt and documented with photos.

  • Product defects or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt by email at hi@colors-clothing.com, including photo/video evidence.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement

  • A repair (if possible)

  • A full refund


4. Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested directly through our Returns Portal.

  • Your requested size or item will be reserved for up to 10 days, provided that you ship the original item back promptly.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will create a new order and ship your exchange on the next business day.


5. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

  • The items must be in new condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.


6. Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically within 14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hi@colors-clothing.com.


7. Returns We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept the following:

  • Returns not registered through our Returns Portal

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags

  • Items excluded for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, jewelry – if applicable)

  • Returns received after the 14-day return window
